Better protecting your information
Major changes to UK data privacy law came into effect on 25 May 2018. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the current Data Protection Act (DPA). The intention is to ensure individuals have more control over how their personal information is gathered, stored and used by organisations. GDPR requires organisations to gain the consent of individuals regarding the use of their personal information and to ensure that personal information is better protected. In addition, organisations are required to respond to any request made by individuals regarding the details of any personal information it holds within one month of that request.

When a client provides new contact details the old contact details are deleted from our files.

We will never market or sell on client or personal information to a third party for any purpose. We expect any third party involved in delivering any project to meet these requirements.
